I definitely identify with this article! I've also noticed how helpful it is to consciously acknowledge that I'm in a bad mood/angry/irritated--so that I don't subconsciously deflect blame onto the people around me.

Couldn't agree more! Every time I blow up and act like a jerk, I realize afterward how preventable it was and that it's almost always my misperception that makes me angry at those around me and not what they actually said or did.
